Where to get retro clothing
There are so many places to get vintage clothing, but finding something in good condition that suits your size and style can be difficult. Vintage-inspired clothing can be a great alternative. Here is a list of a few places to get retro clothing:
Stop Staring! has 1940s and 1950s inspired designs that aren't just for the vintage enthusiast.
What Katie Did sells gorgeous 1940s-1950s pin-up style lingerie, hosiery and corsets.
Trashy Diva sells lingerie, clothing and accessories in 1940s-1960s styles featuring unusual details not often seen in clothing today, modern fabrics and flattering feminine shapes with higher than average quality design. It has some of the BEST retro dresses I've seen, but the fabric selection is a bit limited.
Kiss Me Deadly sells sexy vintage-inspired pin-up lingerie including shape wear, hosiery and suspender belts.

Etsy is a lot like ebay in that it provides a platform for sellers to reach buyers. There is a large quantity of retro and vintage clothing for sale. You can also get vintage patterns and fabrics, if that's what you prefer. There are a few dress makers who will custom make clothing from vintage patterns, with retro designs of their own or your own design.
