Are you taking care of your Eyes?



healthy_eyesEvery woman is unique and beautiful. At the same time, there’s no woman lacking any defects of appearance. As for the face, the defects can be easily corrected ,but for eyes be very cautious because even a minor defect can ruin your beauty.

Beauty, shine and expressiveness of eyes depend also on quality of food, in particular from maintenance of very valuable vitamins in your nutrition: A, B and C. Swollen eyes in the morning can testify to lack of vitamin A in food allowance. It is recommended to eat more parsley, spinach, carrot. They will not only provide organism with vitamins, but also improve sight.

- To get rid of blue under eyes, it is very useful to include green salads into a diet. They contain various vitamins.
- Vitamin B presence defines vivacity of sight and shine of eyes. Dry beer yeast and wheat germs serve as a source of this vitamin.
- As to vitamin C, all vegetables and fruits are rich in it, especially citron. It helps keeping mobility of eye muscles.
- Surplus of toxins in an organism, which deducing is promoted by mineral waters, can be a reason of a tired sight.

Remove eye stress

Eyes reflect all troubles of lived day like a mirror, give out visual and nervous tension. Try to remove exhaustion. Close eyes and slightly massage them with middle fingers of both hands using circular motions, beginning from nose basis, continuing under a line of eyebrows to external edge of eyes and coming back again to a nose. For 1-2 minutes put palms to closed eyes. If you look at monitor for long time then take a break of 2 minutes and indulge in something else where you don’t need to concentrate too much with your eyes.

Compresses

When eyes are strongly tired and dark blue circles are formed under them, do not be too lazy to make calming compresses, having moistened a cotton wool slice in cooled broth of camomile or cornflowers or strong tea and put them to closed eyes. You can also use grated potato for 10-15 minutes for relaxing.

If in the mornings eyelids swell up, it is necessary to dissolve a table spoon of large sea salt in warm water, moisten wadded tampons in this solution and put on eyes for 20 minutes. Wash off a compress with water.

Eye Exercises

Do gymnastics for eyes daily. It is known that eye muscles are very mobile and are in constant movement. Special gymnastics has salutary influence on impellent reaction of eyes. Here are some exercises:

- Lift and lower eyelids slowly. Repeat 12 times.
- Press external eye edge with two fingers slightly and open and close it 10 times vigorously. Do the same with other eye.
- Head is motionless, look upwards, downwards, to the left, to the right and upside-down.
- Move eye edge to the left, upwards, to the left, to the right. Do this exercise serially with left and right eye.
- Lift eyelids as much as possible, then lower.
- Open eyes widely, strain muscles and facial skin, relax.
- Observe all key rules of eye care, and you will avoid many problems, and still will surprise surrounding people with young shine of your sexy eyes.
